You have to be an indie author. If you are traditionally published, you are not eligible.
Can you be more specific about what you mean by restrictions? Are you referring to book content?

Yes, content. Things you would prefer over others, things that aren’t Kosher. That sort of thing.

No really. I don’t want pictures of naked people on my blog or anything super gory. As long as your bio pic or book covers don’t have any images like that, it’s fine.
